For all E-Bikes & E-Cargos purchased from Cycle Race, we offer 1yr free Servicing (excluding parts) to ensure your bike remains in great condition.

Yes that is correct, we are registered with the following providers:

'Cycle Scheme', 'Green Commute Initiative (GCI)' and 'Cycle Solutions'.

If you have a voucher from any of these, come and visit us in-store to view our range of E-Bikes & E-Cargos.

Yes, depending on availability, we can offer test rides from a range of E-Bikes & E-Cargos.

Customers, ideally should book a test-ride by phoning or emailing the store directly.  An appointment based booking application will be launched shortly, which will allow customers to book test-rides online.

To test-ride any bike, a customer must submit at least one official form of identification, sign and agree to Cycle Race's Terms & Conditions for Test-Rides and leave a security deposit.

Cycle Race primarily provides technical services support for recognized, established E-Bike & E-Cargo brands.

We are unable to service E-Bikes or E-Cargos that have been customized e.g. those fitted with unsupported after-market e-conversion kits purchased from online marketplaces.  

Cycle Race is an approved service centre for Bosch, Fazua, Mahle, Go Cycle, Promovec and other leading E-Bike technology brands.
